Robb Folts has spent the past 24 years in the biotech/pharma space with over 20 years of experienced focused in Oncology and Rare Disease. Robb brings a diversified background from market access, training, account management, operations and field leadership. This 24 year journey has gone through large pharma companies, small biotech companies, solid tumor, liquid tumor and rare disease areas of focus. Throughout his career, there have been many learnings, successes and failures. But two constants that Robb has always brought with him are; 1)People first. Employees engagement is vital to success 2)Learn and grow. No two business situations are the same. As a leader, we must take what we have learned and use it to grow for the next challenge. Robb is now taking his experience and perspective to SpringWorks as the head of the field sales office.
